Alexandra Maria Lara, a Romanian and German actress who works on TV and in films is well known for movies such as Rush as well as Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. Born as the only child to Romanian actor Valentin Platareanu, Alexandra got into the world of show business early, and ended up acting in lead roles on various TV dramas before she reached the age of 16.
